During this procedure experimental data of works [1], 4125 1451 202 [3-12], [14-18], [20], [22-25], [27-28], [30-35], [42-44], [46], 4125 1451 203 [48] and [50] were corrected to the new standards. 4125 1451 204 Special corrections were also applied to the experimental data 4125 1451 205 of Refs. [3], [9], [28], [29] and [32]. The results of absolute 4125 1451 206 measurements of Ikeda et al. in the neutron energies range 13.33- 4125 1451 207 14.91 MeV [37] were used as a reference data for correction expe- 4125 1451 208 rimental data [3], [9], [28] and [32]. 4125 1451 209 Corrected to the new standards data of Paulsen and Widera [9] 4125 1451 210 in the energy range 15.09-19.59 MeV were multiplied to factor of 4125 1451 211 Fc=1.11837, which was determined from two ratio values. Ratio of 4125 1451 212 cross-section integrals of Woelfle et al. [28] and Paulsen and Wi-4125 1451 213 dera in the energy range 16.25-19.58 MeV (R=1.12681) and ratio of 4125 1451 214 cross-section integrals of Fessler et al. [40] and Paulsen and 4125 1451 215 Widera in the energy range 16.25-19.58 MeV (R=1.10993). 4125 1451 216 Cross sections obtained by Zhao Wenrong et al.[29] in the ener-4125 1451 217 gy range 15.69-18.24 MeV with using T(d,n)He4 neutron source and 4125 1451 218 Van de Graaff accelerator were renormalized to a factor 1.05114, 4125 1451 219 which was determined from two ratio values. Ratio of cross-section4125 1451 220 integrals of Woelfle et al. [28] and Zhao Wenrong et al. in the 4125 1451 221 energy range 15.69-18.24 MeV (R=1.05934) and ratio of cross-secti-4125 1451 222 on integrals of Fessler et al.[40] and Zhao Wenrong et al. in the 4125 1451 223 energy range 16.03-18.24 MeV (R=1.04295). 4125 1451 224 Cross-section data given in Refs. [10], [14], [34], [41] were 4125 1451 225 used in the evaluation partially. Experimental data for the inci- 4125 1451 226 dent neutron energies 12.66, 13.39 MeV [10] and 13.30, 14.10 MeV 4125 1451 227 [14] were rejected due to significant overestimation cross sec- 4125 1451 228 tion data for the Nb-93(n,2n)Nb-92m reaction. Experimental data 4125 1451 229 of Ikeda et al. [34] were taken into account only for incident 4125 1451 230 neutron energy 13.2 MeV. Data for 9.5, 11.0, 12.0 MeV points were 4125 1451 231 rejected due to significant underestimation the Nb-93(n,2n)Nb-92m 4125 1451 232 reaction cross section. For the same reason was not taken into ac-4125 1451 233 count cross section value measured by Kiraly et al. at 11.30 MeV 4125 1451 234 [41]. 4125 1451 235 Cross-section data [43-50] were rejected completely due to in- 4125 1451 236 consistency with the main bulk of experimental data. 4125 1451 237 Excitation function for the Nb-93(n,2n)Nb-92m reaction in the 4125 1451 238 energy region from threshold to 40 MeV was evaluated by means of 4125 1451 239 statistical analyses of experimental cross section data [1-42] 4125 1451 240 and data from theoretical model calculation, which were obtained 4125 1451 241 by means of modified GNASH code [51]. 4125 1451 242 Statistical analysis of input cross section data was carried 4125 1451 243 out by means of PADE-2 code [52].
